Our Work

When a project works, it works for everyone. There are many risks and challenges to working cross culturally for everyone. When people are empowered to help create answers to their concerns the viability of any program grows dramatically. This principle is true in business and in philanthropy. The work of LEAD is the result of profoundly thoughtful fieldwork, and while we are proud of the systems created, we are still learning.

Regardless of which programs you move from here to review, all of our programs ultimately focus on education in one way or another, and are measured by whether they do or do not help people.
